The model is ordered with a standard Mulsanne, Mulsanne Speed or Mulsanne Long Wheelbase. It was inspired by a 1930 8 Litre Bentley owned by W.O. The 1930 8 Litre Bentley that W.O. The influence of the car can be observed in the cabin. For example the Mulliner illuminated bar cabinet features the display of a piece of the 8 Litre crankshaft displaying inside.
Other highlights include a chrome-colored application running back to the side of the vehicle, with an air vent that is photoetched that incorporates W.O. The front grille is patterned following 1930s-inspired Onyx, and there's a chrome application around the lower spoilers to the left and right. The front grille has distinctive design, with a chrome shell replacing the body-color mesh of the Mulsanne. It also includes the Flying B Logo.
A key box with the Bentley wings can hold two keys and is adorned with black flock lining, while individual key pouches are available to complement or contrast with the key box. The commemorative set also includes a custom 1:18 scale model of the 8 Litre and an air-borne 'B' paperweight as well as an unpublished brochure with never-before-seen photos of the original 1930s 8 Litre.

The knurling made of metal to metal on the key fob mimics textures found in the interior, such as the controls for temperature of the seat and the shift knob. "We wanted the knurling to be as elegant and consistent as we could," says Van Braekel. "It was also important to keep the fob an identifiable size and shape."

Nearly 400,000 stitches provide Bentley's signature diamond-indiamond quilting throughout the entire cabin. The mood lighting can be adjusted to suit different moods.
